On I'm soldering every month TSSOP, SOT23-6, microMAX etc. The smallest parts soldered successfully where: MAX1108, MAX1448, AD9851 etc. I'm using a simple 1 euro soldering iron and till now had no failures. After finishing I'm always inspect the solder quality with a stereo microscope. It looks ugly when magnified but works everytime. cheers, Vasile -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
