You and Olin are both using Outlook. Perhaps you could try something
different. It's possible it uses hints on long lines to detect binary
encodings, or some such, and gets tricked sometimes.

The OP sent his message with Yahoo webmail, I believe. I doubt there's
much one can do to change its behavior.
