To put it shorter: I want the internet to be able to transport *only* emails with one verifiable origin and one verifyable destination. Everything else (more than one destination per send), is to be blocked actively. Mailing lists could be run by appointment with the administrator of the originating server. There will be exactly one destination delivered to per mail from/rcpt to/data session. The data in mail to: and To: will coincide. The data in From: and mail from: will coincide.
