The thermocouple voltage for Cu/Pb-Sn is given as 0.3uV/K but Antimony is a component of the new 'leadless' solder. Antimony/Copper thermocouples were among the first to be used in the 19th century. What is the thermocouple potential of Cu/Sb ? I'd say huge ? Sb has over 10 times the thermoelectric potential of either lead or copper, with the Cu/Sb being able to produce 10 times the error voltage in a Cu/Pb-Sn soldered joint.
