I'll let you in on a secret the office uses to date web resources when the author didn't bother to post an updated field. Its called the WayBack Machine and is accessable at [url=http://www.archive.org/]www.archive.org[/url] . It is a project done by the Congressional Archives to take snapshots of the internet to preserve a timeline of the web. It isn't a complete archive (for instance the price page for svtehs is unavailible), but it captures a good portion. The last time the main page was altered was 24 October 2004, the last time the conent on the main page was changed was 06 June 2004 (thats what the asterick by the date means).
