Getting the correct voltage for each device from a basic supply
wouldn't be too hard. My only concern would be whether they
would suffer any damage if they all have a common power supply
ground. It's unlikely, but might pay to check how each connector
socket ground is connected to the respective battery -ve

What do you mean by "which is impossible for the MP3
player" ? You're not able to get an adapter ? Remember
the old saying - "The difficult we can do now, the impossible
takes a little longer". Where there's a will, there's a way
