i think you should be able to download the acutal version of this
compiler/design environment from http://www.picant.com/c2c/download.html
this link works fine for me.
as long as you can live with the limitations, noted under the order tab,
this suite is free. if not, you can get the full version at a good
price.
i used this compiler for years.
