Seems to be an attractive deal for new customers.  After registering 
online, a salesperson called and chatted for a couple of minutes.  She 
then emailed me my promo code.  Said the promo code didn't expire, so 
have plenty of time to use it.  Not valied with bare-bones or $33 each 
offer otherwise no special restrictions were mentioned.
