Definitely an error. Octavio Nogueira's ploader is specifically designed
for the 16F819 part. I'm using it as a basis for my new PIC bootloader.

The site for this bootloader is currently locked out due to a lack of a
index page. I'm dropping Octavio an E-mail about it. The site is here:

The 819 and the 88 share the same algorithm. 32 word row erases and 4
word writes.
