The problem is that html was born a stateless protocol and that all the crafty salespeople out there have been looking for, and finding, ways to make it stateful. So it is a problem and it is not going away, no matter what you do, because by now nobody *wants* it to go away. Not the vendors who rely on advertising, not the spyware remover vendors, and not the ISP providers who gladly sell bandwidth and rent servers to move all that scum.
