Vasile, Piclist.com does not set a limit so you can not "exceed data transfer allocations" The user interface for posting code or other items or for editing pages you own is more than simple enough for anyone who can write code for a PIC to use. Pictures have to be emailed, yes, but that should not be that big a deal. If it is, I'll set up an ftp account for you.
