At my home computer I also has libusb-win32 installed and I am now having the same problem as you. I am not so sure if it is libusb-win32 problem or Microchip Bootloader problem. Anyway, I just have the fix ready. I have successfully ported Luddy's USB Linux bootloader for the PICDEM FS USB demo board at http://internetking.org/fsusb/ to windows. Now I can use a simple command line tools to load the programs. Initial tests with the Microchip supplied hex files (CDC, DEMO, HID) shows that the application is working even though sometimes I get the verification error message at the first few bytes. I will post my port to the list. Regards, Xiaofan -----Original Message----- From: Pierre B Sent: Thursday, August 04, 2005 3:05 PM Hello, I imagine well the driver can not be signed by Microsoft. But it changes nothing : it doesn't want to be installed. Thus my problem must be elsewhere. Can it come from the program? Because I've noted that each time I started again the PC the device functioned correctly ... until I resetted the PICDEM board. regards, PiR -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
