I doubt you will get something that you will consider "inexpensive" ;)) There are a number of dealers in the UK who sell refurbished/recalibrated test equipment, but I would think that a 6GHz one would be state of the art enough that finding a second hand one will be only a small possibility. Check out the Electronics World magazine for UK dealers.
