I've a couple of Vistalite VL-300. These have 3 LEDs
in parallel and run off 2 x AA alkalines. The circuit looks
to be a simple 2-transistor multivibrator. 6 x R, 2 x C,
2 x TR + (1 x TR / 1 x R / pushbutton) for mode (flash,
steady, off)
