You should check the datasheet again. The max speed will be listed in the AC characteristics section. The "A" variant of the 16F87x parts don't have graded speeds like the non-"A" parts do. There are some limits with reduced voltages but, IIRC, the max speed is 20 MHz at a 5V Vdd. The "I" in the part number is its temperature range, the "SP" is the packaging variation.
