I want to say thanks to all who helped with this problem, especially Jim. 

I bit the bullet and reinstalled the OS. Now it works fine. The problem was with my computer, not the Warp13 software. Thanks again Jim for making such a fine programmer (this was the first issue I ever had with it and it turned out not to be the programmer's fault).
