For ~$25 get an I/O gear convertor. By all reports (and my testing) these 
work well with the WARP-13. These are based on the prolific chip set and 
are a better option than the less efficient FTDI chip. Still, the FTDI chip 
does work ok  with the WARP-13 but some of the bugs in the VCP driver can 
be very annoying.
