As a hobbist both are OK. But in your place I'll try some more
performance at the same price. If you believe in Ebay take a try.
Unfortunately if you aren't located in US
it's difficult to buy from Ebay. Also is difficult even in US because
of many fake offerts.
However take a look. http://www.ebay.com Serach for oscilloscopes and
signal generators.
