You may want to look into using some car sensors. GM sells a 3 bar MAP (pressure) sensor for something like 50$ from any GM dealer. Takes a 5V input and will show from 0-5V for full vacuum through 3 bars of pressure. -David -----Original Message----- From: piclist-bounces@mit.edu [mailto:piclist-bounces@mit.edu] On Behalf Of Charles Linquist Sent: Saturday, July 30, 2005 6:54 PM To: Microcontroller discussion list - Public. Subject: Cheap pressure sensor I'm looking for a differential air pressure sensor, one that has a sensitivity of 1" H20 full-scale and is also small. The only ones I have been able to find are from All Sensors Corporation, and cost $88 from Digi-Key. Does anyone know of a cheaper source? -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
