Uh... what?

Memory Stick is a flash memory type that Sony sells.
Secure Digital is another flash memory type.
MPLAB is Microchip's IDE for developing stuff for PIC microcontrollers
and MP3 is a compressed sound storage format.

So... what? I can't see the connection between mplab and mp3/flash
memory, unless mplab is some obscure mp3 player brand. Either way SD
memory is SD memory, period (so, you should use SD memory. I can't
think of another name for it :P). And the words "memory stick"
specifically refer to the sony stuff, not general purpose flash memory
(people call that a flash card or flash memory or whatever).
