I know it may seem silly to ask, but I seem to always have either my BasicStamp or the SXKey fail to program due to low voltage.

At times I have gottem odd behavior and at other times it just says that no device can be found.

My problem is that I prefer to use a battery pack at my programing desk because more wires just get tangled.  Sooner or later I find the wires pulling everything off the table and onto the floor.
