No. No oversight. I think :-) Note that I said that the 24v output converter needed to be isolated and that the *12V* output could be supplied from a buck converter. This is allowed to share ground with the fuel cell. The 24V output converter needs to be isolated if it is implemented with a 12v converter "sitting on top" of the 12v supply.
