P.S. Getting Very frustrated. I have 8 years 

of windows computer maintenance/repair/administration. 

I write windows software that's being used in 

fortune 500 companies myself. I design the corresponding 

hardware myself! My customers don't have even close 

to this much trouble. At this point, I would start to expect 

a little more from a software package that I first used 

in 1999 (It's almost a freaking decade old!) 

It's late, and I've been programming for 18 hours.  :shakehead:
