Are they any > good? > I don't know those specific model numbers, but my experiance with Dremel drill presses has not been positive - far too much play in the entire system to be of much use for something as delicate as PCBs. I've seen some realy nice high precision drill presses, but the prices... I still have nightmares :-) (realy, like $2000 US - that's not a typo) Eventualy I bought a cheapy ($39 on sale at harbor freight) and made a few improvements. Most significantly I cut a slit in the casting around the quill and put a clamp bolt in it. Much improved. The other realy interesting thing I've done recently is added an orange LED below the board. It made an amazing difference in how well I can see to line up the little holes in the pads.
