I encountered works-don't works I2C problems with the internal osc
@ 8MHz, even though code was correct. I wonder (being suspicious
of the F88 intosc now) if there's anything flakey @ 4MHz that could
affect the UART

BTW, looking at Table 11.3, is 8.51% error acceptable in your app ?
