Ubicom is offerring all high-volume products in an ROHS-compliant package. At present this only includes the SX28AC/SS and SX48. The SX52's volume is much lower than the SX48, so it has yet to be made in a green package.

We could obtain the SX52 in an ROHS package and I have made the request to Ubicom. I need a real customer to make my point, therefore please contact me off-line at [url=kgracey@parallax.com]kgracey@parallax.com[/url]. Tell me about the project and usage and I'll provide that to Ubicom in order to get an SX52 green package under development.
