See, I don't know all the details of the linker, and I thought your question a good one. Now that it's been discussed among people smarter than I, I've learned a bit about how the linker works, what we can be reasonably sure of, and what happens but maybe not reliably. Whether or not you share your ideas is your choice, but don't be so quick to assume that nothing was gained from it. If we all agree on everything, there would be little to learn from sharing ideas, would there?
