I didnt read all the posts before I replied....but, why not try using one of the two Neuros sync programs to reload it rather than just try and copy?  I've done this...just copied....using the older flash based units and it works fine, but not with one using a large disk.  You are aware of the Neruos provided program...plus the other freeware one...I assume?  I dont have the names because they reside on my laptop that I dont have with me right now
