Sorry, I guess I should have mentioned this is not a technical book. As I
said, the reason I came to this list is because I know many people here (for
quite some time, now) and respect their intelligence.

Could you be looking for an English speaking editor who can handle technical
text?  If so, try searching for "Technical Editor" + "English" +
"Electronics."
