Mike, Autostitch may not work because there is no overlap between map segments. It needs the overlap in order to figure out which pieces go where. I haven't looked at your source website but wonder if the map segments are available with some overlap. I know that our mind doesn't have any trouble matching up elevation lines from one segment to the adjacent lines in the next segment but, I don't imagine Autostitch can perform the magic.
