DigiKey offers two 28-pin DIP versions of the dsPIC30F3013 as near as I 
can tell.  The first one is dsPIC30F3013-20I/SP and the second one is 
the same except that it ends with -30I/sP.  There is a slight (very 
small) price differential between the two, so obviously there must be a 
little difference.  What is it?  Inquiring nit-picky minds want to know. :-)
