I care because I don't like putting "magic numbers" like 0x3C0004 in my
code.  I'm amazed there aren't symbolic definitions for these particular
"magic numbers".  Seems a bit out of character compared with the rest of
the documentation.

Oh well, if they aren't documented I'll have to come up with my own
names for them.
