You have to consult each programming specification separately.  I don't
know of a master list.  However, if you download my PIC programmers
software at http://www.embedinc.com/picprg/sw.htm there is a file that
contains the IDs for all the chips currently supported by my
programmers.  The file is ENV > PICPRG.ENV and the description of its
syntax is in DOC > PICPRG_ENV.TXT.
