I've got a batch (aprox 3.000) of AM29F010B-90JC
devices (PLCC-32). 
1Mb flash 5V-only (no Vpp) flash
in 128 kbit x 8 layout.

Click "Flash memory", then "F Family", and 
then
"F10B"...

Now, from what I've read, there seems to be a "erase-
disable"
bit that can be set in these chips. And, if I understand 
right, if
it *is* set, the devices are OTP (they *are* programmed).

I 
don't have any prog equipment myself to run an
"erase-check" on them. 
If someone does have that, and
would like to test a few, I'm offering a 
tube (about 30)
of them in return for the service.
