Wow, a $200 supply to go with an ElCheapo. Better buy
an ICD2, which support most the chips, comes with
USB cable and serial cable and a power supply 
much better than normal wall-mart.

I found a nice triple-output ( 2x 0-30 @ 2A, 1x 5V @ 3A I believe)
variable power supply for $200 at http://www.radios4you.com . This has
worked well for me so far. (of course if you're trying to be cheap, this
isn't for you, but then again, it's a good investment.)
