One very good resource is the Lecture notes provided by various
universities, like VT (Virginia Tech) and University of Colorado
at Boulder.

The best text book will be "Fundamentals of Power Electronics", 
2nd ed, by Robert W. Erickson and Dragan Maksimovic
of University of Colorado. In the book website, you will have
all the notes. This book is highly recommended for those who
want to learn a bit more about the theory behind.
