Subject: RE: [OT] Sync=B4ing work and home email client. I've been doing this for years using a CF card and the full version of Outlook. Outlook stores all of its data in one file with a .pst extension. You can find out the name and location of the file by right clicking on "Outlook Today [Personal Folders]" in the folder list, choosing "Properti= es for Personal folders" and, then clicking the "Advanced" button. I just copy the *.pst file from the hard disk to the CF card at one locat= ion and then copy the file from the CF card to the local disk at the other location. Hope this helps, Paul > -----Original Message----- > From: piclist-bounces@mit.edu On Behalf Of Carlos Marcano > Sent: Wednesday, June 01, 2005 2:18 PM > > Hi, folks. > > I need to keep in sync my work Outlook email account with my home > one. Let me explain myself, I would like to plug my portable flash usb > drive and copy all messages from Outlook at work and then plug it at > home and update the "home copy", and to be able to keep the home copy > updated. Is that possible? (I believe it is). Are there any affordable > (free is better!) software to do this?
