I've been doing this for years using a CF card and the full version of Outlook. Outlook stores all of its data in one file with a .pst extension. You can find out the name and location of the file by right clicking on "Outlook Today [Personal Folders]" in the folder list, choosing "Properties for Personal folders" and, then clicking the "Advanced" button. I just copy the *.pst file from the hard disk to the CF card at one location and then copy the file from the CF card to the local disk at the other location. Hope this helps, Paul > -----Original Message----- > From: piclist-bounces@mit.edu On Behalf Of Carlos Marcano > Sent: Wednesday, June 01, 2005 2:18 PM > > Hi, folks. > > I need to keep in sync my work Outlook email account with my home > one. Let me explain myself, I would like to plug my portable flash usb > drive and copy all messages from Outlook at work and then plug it at > home and update the "home copy", and to be able to keep the home copy > updated. Is that possible? (I believe it is). Are there any affordable > (free is better!) software to do this?
