A couple other approaches... One would be to use IMAP instead of POP. Then all your folders, etc. stay on the server. I use SquirrelMail as a webmail client that I can use anywhere, and get access to the tons of saved email. Another approach (though not quite as nice) is to just tell one of the POP clients to leave the mail on the server. Let the other one take the mail off the server. This won't sync folders, etc., and the one that takes mail off the server (delete after download) can get some newer mail the other client doesn't. All in all, I like IMAP. Let me explain myself, I would like to plug my portable flash usb > drive and copy all messages from Outlook at work and then plug it at > home and update the "home copy", and to be able to keep the home copy > updated. Is that possible? (I believe it is). Are there any affordable > (free is better!) software to do this?
