I'm not totally against adding dsPIC support to the EasyProg, but it's a matter of priorities. When I asked about that here a few months ago I was urged to spend the effort adding support for the new 16 and 18 PICs instead. Someday I'd like to make the EasyProg PIC support more complete and add dsPICs. Would you buy one if it had dsPIC support? By the way, I'm currently working on support for the 18F group that includes the 18F2520, 18F4520, etc. There are something like 30 chips in that group, and I think these should be the primary 28 and 40 pin hobby PICs. Of course Microchip once again has not only changed some parameters, but also changed the rules. In this case the block size if variable, something my existing software and firmware doesn't have a mechanism for dealing with. I may get it done this weekend depending on how much the rest of the world lets me be. ***************************************************************** Embed Inc, embedded system specialists in Littleton Massachusetts (978) 742-9014, http://www.embedinc.com -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
