Say Jinx i notice you have a bench press drill pictured on ur site: http://home.clear.net.nz/pages/joecolquitt/0makepcb.html I have one that's very similar. Problem is, the spring that returns the whole kaboodle - ie spindle & shaft - when you push down then release pressure is busted. So the drill flops down and stays down. Which makes it kinda awkward to use. There's a silver cover & nut that I *think* has a coiled spring in there, like the spiral spring in a clock. It's on the axis of the pulldown handle - probably be the same arrangement on your machine? What happens if I take the nut & cover off to try & fix it - ie is it likely to go kaboinnnng all over the floor or what? Anybody ever fixed one of these things ----> what can go wrong? :o Thanks - Debbie Find local movie times and trailers on Yahoo!
