import_bmp.ulp Scale the bitmap using maximum 16 colors. The working layers for this will start automatically with the layer200. When create the silk screen don't forget to mark the bitmap layer you need ( ie 200, 201 etc). Also check the thickness of your bitmap details, it must be at least 10mil else will be invisible on gerber tool.
