With your board open, "use marks.lbr" and then "add" from that library. If you already have an assembly house chosen, ask them what kind of marks (pattern, layer, etc) they prefer. For example they might ask that you make the marks on the top copper layer instead of the silk screen to minimize problems with silkscreen misregistration.
