According to my trusty old handbook: AWG 0 - 324.9 mils diameter, 0.09827 ohms/100' @ 20C AWG 1 - 289.3 mils diameter, 0.1239 ohms/100' I sort of expect stranded wire might be a little higher, but would depend on the strand number/size. Andersonpower shows the area of 0/1 to be 53.5 sq. mm., which is about midway between 0 and 1. --McD ----- Original Message ----- From: "PicDude" To: Sent: Monday, May 30, 2005 2:51 PM Subject: [EE] 0/1 gauge automotive cable? > Getting back to my car project this weekend, I was looking for 0-gauge or > 00-gauge battery cable, but the thickest I could find was 0/1-gauge.
