I was wondering whether anyone has a reference
to serial(RS 232) operations. I understand most of the
data part but have no clue on it's steps during
initialization. The nego. between PC and Palm to
identify it's transmission characteristic is quite
puzzling.Somehow it is able to identify the number of
bits , non parity and start and stop bits.
