I think it must have been some change at their end since the last time I used it. I asked for a callback, and they informed me that their system has trouble with drill files (my CAD program generates + and - coordinates; apparently, the extra + throws their system off). Grrr. It'd have been nice of them to make mention of that little detail on their results pages, so I wouldn't have wasted all the time I did. So be warned!
