I might be able to scrounge up some old PC100/PC133 DIMMs... 64s as I recall. You might be better of checking eBay though - last I checked some places were selling several 128s for about $10 per lot. A small batch, a copy of Memtest86 and a few hours should net you at least a couple good modules.
