Well he said PC100, so I would take it that defines the pin arrangement.

Which brings me to a point - does anyone know how the information in the
eeprom on these modules is arranged? I have two identical 64MB modules which
I would like to combine into a 128MB by moving the chips from one to the
second side of the other. Haven't tried it yet, but figure that just moving
the chips won't be enough.
