I did some work on the archive at piclist.com

- Ran the optimize wizard on the SQL server. Wow! Did that make a
difference. All the listings of posts (by day, month, year, thread, author,
etc...) are now much, much faster.

- Added ISO-5589 decodeing to the subject and author. That includes Q and B.
