I have got a very strange RA3 pin.  It is being used as an output,
with an LED connected.  I am using a PIC18F1320.  For some reason, the
LED on RA3 always stays off, but, and this is the strange part, when I
press the active low switch on RB0, the LED works normally.  I have
checked nothing in my code is referencing porta,3, and the hardware is
fine.  BTW, I'm using the PICDem 4 board, and a MPLAB ICD2 as a
programmer.
